Matthew 7:9-11

9 Or which one of you, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone? 10 Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a serpent? 11 If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!

Because the greatest gift we can give to our loved ones is ourselves, we believe that love for our families should be the primary driver of achieving and maintaining optimal health levels. There have been several tragic deaths that have received worldwide attention, while the silent killers in the areas of health and wellness continue to go unnoticed and wreak havoc daily. We have a passion and burning desire to alter the course of history. We believe that your past is one minute ago, your present was one second ago, but your future is now. The Pygmalion effect speaks to the belief that high expectations foster an environment for high performance. We don’t merely want to redecorate, we must completely renovate. Begin with believing, then achieving, and lastly, rest in being the new you. Mind, body and soul, we exist to help you transform your form.

Ron Wright is our head trainer. He is a native of Gary, Indiana and was a former Division 1 wrestler and has competed in 10 amateur and national level NPC Bodybuilding competitions. He was the 2004 middleweight Mr. Atlanta, and has held a plethora of personal training certifications including kickboxing, and strength and conditioning since that time. In addition to knowing his way around a gym, his diploma in advanced sports nutrition has assisted many individuals via the weekly “Transform your Fridge,” video releases . He has worked with athletes from virtually every sport and every level. He is also certified by the ISSA, TivityHealth (Silver Sneakers Foundations), and Rock Steady Boxing Inc. (Parkinson’s Disease boxers), and is well versed concerning the fitness needs of our older adult population. Whatever your need, he will be able to help you meet and exceed your initial goals.
